CERT - OSHA Confined Space Entry and Air Monitoring – OSHA Reg. 1910.146: 4.5 Hour Certification Class and Exam

The class will cover a detailed review of the OSHA confined space regulations. After successful completion of this 4.5 hour session, you will receive a Certification of Completion as a Supervisor, Entrant and Attendee. This Certificate meets the requirements of most contracts, employers and complies with OSHA and NIOSH guidelines. Attendees should be aware that most states require government employees to, at a minimum, comply with the provisions of this Regulation. Additional focus will include PRCS (permit-required confined spaces), non-PRCS, safety equipment and air monitoring. This session will provide "real-life" guidance to be implemented in the field with a goal of sending everyone home safely at the end of the day.

1. Recognize Permit-Required Confined Spaces (PRCS).
2. Comply with OSHA Regulation 1910.146.
3. Send all of your employees home safely after working in a confined space.
4. Understand alternative procedures and methods to eliminate risks and the need for a permit
